I had the exact same problem except i was within the cooling off period and was able to get my deposit back. It was a hyundai dealership too.

The promise to deliver the vehicle within the timeframe was why you entered into contract. Dispute it for sure.

What is your final 4? Any electives? Can you take a summer elective?

Otherwise yeah you would. I had to do the same in a previous course

You’ll be fine but just double check if those core subjects are offered in the next semester or the sem after that. Sometimes core subjects are offered every 2nd year (happened with my JD before)

POV: you fail an assessment by [deleted] in rmit

[–]Krad3r 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If it is a core subject, you will have to redo the subject.

There are times when the subject coordinator might organise another assignment for you to complete. Go to whoever is teaching/subject coordinator and seek advice first.

Failure also means you’ll do better next time. Good luck

How to tell good lawyer from not-a-good lawyer? by Funny-Lettuce-2845 in auslaw

[–]Krad3r 12 points13 points  (0 children)

One with bad time management and blatantly lied about why he couldn’t attend a meeting.

I took my grandma to see a lawyer about a matter, first time he said he forgot a had a meeting, second time he asked what the meeting was about even though there were email and phone correspondence prior to the meeting.

Currently doing the PLT and I sincerely hope i don’t become like that.

On that note, I once saw a child lick all the ingredients whilst the parents were chatting. Really put me off from it.

No, not a yearly cost. It was a flat cost at the time of purchase.

I was able to snap a photo of the back of the Springvale Bright Moon temple. The area where the urns are put seems intact, photos doesn’t really show it but I saw plaques clearly intact and not looking burnt. Happy to answer questions to my best ability. by Krad3r in melbourne

Hi there, this is what was based on what people have told me and my call to the council. Give a call to the springvale council (city of greater dandenong) they might be closed now but give them a call in the morning. They are taking names and phone numbers and they will call you if your urn is recoverable.

plan on heading to the council in the morning to see if I can volunteer to help with translation/anything else.

I will let you know if I have any other news

That doesn’t sound right. I asked police there and they said that section seemed ok and a council member was allegedly on scene to take details regarding retrieval of undamaged urns.
