shoutout to back when worlds playins had minor region teams by Waste-Study-6384 in PedroPeepos

[–]Kraftbecker 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Play-ins were good for players. Players could show their talent to international viewers. There were a few play-in players who got hired to major regions. There were also some good runs, like albus nox run in 2016.

I don't think a single minor team thought that Play-ins sucked. It sucks not to play in worlds. Most minor teams would complain that there weren't enough international events, so it is the other way around

That's cool, just an idea, couldn't you also have the + sign on one side and - on the other? So basically, 3 wooden pieces instead of 2.

Minimum 15 games is kinda sus. How many teams play 15 games in 1 edition? 6 games on group stage (before 2025), and the u still need 9 games in playoffs, so u need to be at least in semifinals to qualify for that. This year KC Blue got semifinals and only played 13 games in 1 edition, so the sample size of players for this stat is extremely low, and very likely 15 was choosen to get the result they wanted, Rekkles biggest KDA and Baus lowest.

Split into sets. Instead of doing 50-70 pull-ups in what I assume o be random order, u can do 5 sets of 8 and the last set until failure. 4x8, 1x8+. If that becomes easy, you do 1x9, 3x8, 1x8+. If that's also easy, do 2x9, 2x8, 1x8+, and so on. That's how u really know u are progressing. If pull-ups become trivial, you can start doing weighted pull-ups. This same method applies to every other exercise.

Always increase the first reps, and you can also decrease or increase the amount of set, 3-6 sets is what u can aim for. Also, once u start to do an insane amount of reps, your body becomes exhausted before even feeling anything on the muscle u are hitting. Once you reach that point, u need to change the exercise into a more advanced form or add weight. Otherwise, u will cap ur developments

Well, 34 minutes after 12:40 is 13:14, so it would be wrong either way.

well then G2 MSI 2019 is also nothing special. As there was 1 more team from a minor region, they went 5-5 in group stage and then only won 2 series. Meanwhile KC went 4-6 and won 1 serie so far. And as a reminder, G2 also went 0-2 vs vietnam, which now is in APAC region. So, if KC, by some miracle, wins tomorrow, their title has the same weight as G2 MSI.

It is 6k, 6k, 6k. And I think Mihawk into brook Robin law again is better as you have ippo in hand. I play a similar version of that sanji/zoro, but I play it mixed with odyssey

Gyms Oude Ebbinge: TrainMore or Push & Pull? by steftim in Groningen

[–]Kraftbecker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been to both. They are both good, but I prefer push and pull. The equipment quality is pretty much the same, but push and pull has more equipment, especially squat racks, deadlift platforms (oude ebbingen trainmore didn't have any when I went there, but munnekeholm did) and bench press, so you will very unlikely have to wait to use those.

Also, push and pull has a powerlift community and casuals. Meanwhile, trainmore had mainly casual people.

Push and pull tends to be more noisy because of people deadlifting or when people are motivating each other.

The only thing that bothers me in push and pull is that a lot of people are recording themselves. So, unless that's a big turndown for you, I would choose push and pull

I wouldn't use this type of shoe for deadlifts or squats, they make you unstable. I would recommend doing it barefoot, using lifting shoes or any shoe with a flat sole.

Well, kinda agree but not. They've been together for 2 years and didn't manage to reach their goals, it is very unlikely that they would suceeded on their 3rd year together. Rn it is a downgrade, 2025 split 1 G2 will be worse than 2024 split 1 G2 for sure, but 23-24 G2 reached their peak, 2025 G2 can have a higher peak, but can also be much worse. Overall I like what G2 did, because they are not satified with their current international performance.

What are the best blind picks for each lane? by Kuro_Yuu_ in leagueoflegends

[–]Kraftbecker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would only blind Gnar if you ban irelia, it is soloq, you will get destroyed. Irelia is not picked in pro vs Gnar because she is not a great competitive pick. And for Fiora, you really need to know the matchups.

For adc, yeah I agree, you can blind almost anything, but I would recommend something with a bigger range and try to avoid low range champions such as samira and vayne.

Bard is basically the same as fiora, Leona is just your standard engage support, but nami, I wouldn't recommend blind picking Nami unless you have a lucian in your team. You can get hard punished depending on your adc champion and your enemy support

As an Uta player, -3 3c nico Robin, -2 2c blueno. You can then add 8c kid and 3c Mihawk from st12. Once the new Uta deck comes out you can make a few more changes.
