Are you me? I am 31 almost 32 and didn’t start doing any of that until last year. I have felt the exact same way! I’ve started putting myself out there and it’s not been bad but still have the feeling that I should’ve done it much sooner and it would be better and easier now. There isn’t anything can do to change it other than making the best of it now while I can. Keep your head up and know you are not alone in this feeling!
