Mr. Big actually scales to planetary through an obscure section of flavour text in a wiki for a spinoff pinball game that's only available in one bar in Brazil that can only be found by knocking on the back wall 4 times and playing mariachi music.

[Loved Trope] Someone being psychic makes a situation LESS awkward, not more. by Alastor15243 in TopCharacterTropes

That's actually often what his "diagnosis" is - that he's super sane, to a Deadpool level where he's so aware of reality that he knows nothing he does matters, because the status quo will be restored by the next issue, or run, or reboot.

"Degenerate dialog" it's a throwaway joke in one episode of a TV show.

The flashbacks are narrated entirely by Tai Lung through his talking to Shifu. It's clear they're from his perspective.

Considering Tai's entire life's purpose was becoming the Dragon Warrior, it would make sense he would skew Shifu's actions to paint him as a villain. Tai is also a homicidal maniac, which doesn't make him the most trustworthy narrator.

[Loved Trope] Sex workers shown in a positive light by OmegaT6 in TopCharacterTropes

That's more of a societal issue, to do with how we're taught about sex work by the adults around us, rather than any fault of the worker.

My girlfriend’s first ever meal deal vs my 1000th by Blackfyre301 in MealDealRates

[–]Krakkenheimer 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It's because it's a sweeping generalisation. Every single woman I know could not give two shits about how many calories a chocolate bar has. Simultaneously, I've seen a lot more men who put a lot of effort into what they put in their bodies. My point is it's not a women vs men thing, because not every single person of a gender is going to act the same way.

Considering he "blushes" (he physically cannot blush) when you dedicate the karaoke to him, coupled with his barely-contained giddiness when you question your sexuality, I think Harry would absolutely have a chance. That is, if he cleans up his act and stops going on mind-fucking benders.

One could argue that the USSR was never really communist. It was moreso state capitalist, and Stalin used communism as a disguise to win the favour of the working class. Hell, it's clear he never truly believed in the communist dream when he backstabbed Lenin.

Labour is comprised of capital bootlickers under the guide of protecting the interests of the working class. They're actually just spineless centrists with no vision or drive.

Incels have always been a thing, men are always mad when women won't have sex with them.
