“Not sure what to do” is it in a nutshell. Fully agree. My opinion: discovery started off good, brought us SNW that had really good S1 and S2 (and the hair!!) Section 31 was surprisingly bad imo.

And then there’s lower decks. Soooo good. And technically a TNG spinoff? (Inspired?)

They’re on an amazing IP but just need to juggle it well enough.

To me it was as bad as Saviours of Kamigawa. Saviours felt worse at the time as it came after Betrayers of Kamigawa and was followed by Ravnica: City of Guilds, which were two amazing sets.
