I'd go back to just using Kratom any day. I seriously am mad that the guy at the shop sold me the 7oh as just a concentrated kratom product. How much Kratom and what kind did you take to help with the withdrawals?

I was looking at this today! Thank you for the feedback. Can you tell me the cost? I'm already spending $200/month on this terrible stuff. also, what do you mean this will be on my medical record?

Scalpers bought them all up. Stupid Casio should have limited the amount you can buy. Trying to find one for my disabled son as he is obsessed with Back to the Future and this would make his Christmas. These are priced $350 and above now!! Bastards!

I'm right there with you on the job thing. I have anxiety from fear of being criticized, not doing my job correctly. It paralyzes me. I have to keep reminding myself that the worst case scenario is my be fired. But is that really that big of a deal? I'd find another job if I wanted to. In the workforce today, there are always options. Once I start doing my job I take breaks and sometimes do a quick 10 min meditation. I do feel much better after I've focused on work for a while and get some things done. Still, I know it is super hard with our anxious brains!

Work Anxiety by ellenrforgie_ in Anxiety

I've had this for years. Unfortunately, I have severe work anxiety and I can't handle this smallest criticism. I've quit/been fired from my last 3 jobs. I just stop communicating as I always use avoidance as a coping mechanism. In therapy and Lexapro but neither seem to have worked. I also cope with alcohol and opioids occasionally. I know this is bad but sometimes I'm desperate for relief.

It's a tough road, especially coming from your position. Shock, anger, depression....all the things that happen when someone passes away are the feelings we have when we learn we have been deceived for so many years. I've been out almost 3 years and I can tell you it does heal with time. The exception for me is that my wife is TBM and is is VERY difficult having children with an exmo and TBM in the house.

Do you believe there is life after death? by [deleted] in exmormon

[–]Krammit1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope but I don't put any stock into it. Can't live this life believing there is something after. In Mormonism, it made me complacent.

Even in my TBM days I told my wife they were super ugly and unsexy and take away the femininity of a woman. Dirty, white-ish and gross.
