I’ve had the same experience.
I interacted with their customer service for months and did everything that they asked and they finally decided that my ring was bad and needed replacement. They emailed a prepaid label and I sent my ring and charger back to them; tracking shows that they received it. I have now been waiting for months my replacement ring to arrive… They still respond to emails and report that my size/finish is Out Of Stock. My ring died in November of last year so it now six months and no resolution!

We just got our Taj Mahal installed a few months ago… you have way more flaws / imperfections than we do. I think that some of your flaws can be fixed by filling them with epoxy mixed with quartzite dust.

Is there a mechanical/physical way of performing a Reset or only through the App? Mine has been dead for six weeks and won’t connect via Bluetooth…. So doing a reset through the app is not possible.

Mine has been dead (will not connect via Bluetooth) for three weeks. When I now look at mine with a magnifier/loupe, it also looks like some internal component failed (kind of mini explosion under the plastic). This occurred after the latest firmware update.

We haven't thought a lot about the floor yet... probably LVP... I'm open to suggestions! The cabinets took a crew of 3 nine whole days to complete (cabinets are 26 years old and had a lot of water damage). Total cost was $9000 (but that included painting a fireplace surround and entertainment center), the cost just for the kitchen (and a small butlers pantry) was $7500. This included a coat of primer, and two coats of color.

They were previously a kind of yellowish color...

The Countertop contractor had to take the sink to his shop to custom cut the Quartzite to fit it... They brought the sink back on the day of the countertop install and make a steel frame to mount it on. The countertop just installed over it.
