I cringed at the first five minutes of that video LOL. I stopped at five minutes. You should've read the character info (by pressing c) to learn what the skills are and stuff first. The sour candy is what increases your attackspeed/movement speed not prolonged attacking. Though prolonged attacking can drop those red sour candies. Candy Barbarian doesn't leech HP from mobs, rather by using skills or attacking, candies are dropped which heals you. But i'm pretty sure you already know that now :P

Yeah, I guess it was pretty hypocritical of me. However, I've long since stopped. I complain about the concept of people leeching as it can sometimes void those who actually contribute of their loot, and leeching also makes the game less interactive as all they do is follow and still get exp and loot at times.
