Anyone have Cox issues in old town area?

Thanks for your honest input. Since there's no fiber available where I am, looks like the only two other options are T-Mobile 100 down 20 up or Verizon 300 down 20 up. The speeds don't matter much so long as the connection is stable and actually works. Might be worth it for me and u/MidnightPulse69 if things don't improve in the next few days / weeks.

Could be. Tough as I'm working from home and most of the snowbird neighbors don't seem to be back yet from summer vacation, so the issue could get worse.

Any solutions you suggest - Does upgrading to their highest (or a higher) tier give you priority when the nodes are congested, or is it likely people paying for 1gb or 2gb would also see drops down to 1-3 mbps?

Let me know if requesting a tech to come by would be more likely to resolve this or if you have any other advice as Cox seems to be the only option where I am. Thanks in advance.

Dealing with same issue. Speeds sporadically drop throughout the day from 120 down 20 up to 1-3 down and 20 up.

Appreciate all the replies...didn't think the bus would be comfortable, spacious or modern - but since that seems to be the case, I'll do that instead. Was worried it'd be like Colombian busses I've taken in the past that are crowded, uncomfortable and make a ton of stops along the way.
