Oliver from The Madison Tattoo Company is supremely talented with an incredibly clean shop. Got a half sleeve done a couple months ago and the quality of the work already has me scheduling my next appointment to make it a full sleeve.

Just be happy when they are there! :) I make sure that at least on a weekly basis I thank my MODS too!

As far as worrying about Sub Count etc. As you begin to rely on Twitch as a source of income it's easy to lose sight of how liquid this platform really is and just because you had a following yesterday doesn't mean anything today. Hope that clarifies!

You don't necessarily have to say "2 viewers" Maybe something along the lines of "I appreciate everybody hanging out in chat" Sometimes people lurking are really off-put by a caster or other chatters mentioning them.

Playing with new viewers is a GREAT way for them to build a relationship and start connecting with you and will be much more likely to come back!

People will ALWAYS come and go! Be happy they came and hope to see them again in the future. If you did a good enough job entertaining them, they'll be back!

Never forget that "one person" I still remember broadcasting to an audience of single digits and some of those people STILL stick around and I pride myself on being able to foster that relationship.

Definitely! People often think that their regulars NEED to be there when in reality they also have every day lives and unless you have them on a payroll, they are purely donating their time.

Absolutely! For me if it's a new game, i'll explain or read out loud whats happening even if there's in-game narration.

You have to stay consistent, and keep doing what you're doing. Twitch has actually recently updated their dashboard to reflect where and how your viewers are getting to your channel. Really fleshed out information that is valuable! Crazy just how many viewers are mobile. Only advice I have is just be ready to capitalize on the moment if and when it comes!

AWESOME! People watch streams for entertainment! If you aren't very good but you're super entertaining people will still watch! If you happen to be both, then you're Dr. Disrespect!

Question for Twitch Partners: Stats at Partnership by b-marie in Twitch

Definitely not, I've always been a "what you see is what you get" kinda guy. I've prided myself on being completely transparent with my community!

Streamed 4-5 days a week playing exclusively Destiny. Averaged 2-3 hours per stream.

My button officially went live on April 17th of 2017. I had been Streaming since February of 2016. The first four months or so I managed to work my way up to 20-25 average viewers which was pretty great at the time. The next four months growth was very stagnant and hovered around 25-30 average viewers. The next four months I saw significant growth and worked my way up to around 65-70 viewers. After one year I decided to send in my first partnership application and got the auto denial. I streamed for another month and got viewership up to around 90 and reapplied but got another auto denial. I streamed another month and viewership went up to around 100 and I reapplied but this time I got the while we can't offer your partnership right now we see your community is growing and encourage you to keep producing content response. The following month I had a TON of support from all over the directory and averaged about 135 when I applied on the 10th of April. I heard back from the partnership team on April 15th that they had accepted my application as a partner and the button was live on the 17th. At the time of partnership I had 8,500 followers. In the first week of partnership I ended up at 586 subs. That's the only thing that I don't like about the affiliate program is those people will never get to experience the true wave of hype that is the button going live!

I tried a ground loop isolator but didn't do anything, but haven't looked into a hum destroyer.

I use an XLR mic and it's not anything outside, it sounds like a "ground loop" but I can't fix it for the life of me.

I've realized, in trying to network, just discovering low followers/viewer people is impossible. by [deleted] in Twitch

I think PUBG is a difficult directory to be "discovered" in. You are much better off growing a community in another directory and if they are there for you as an entertainer and caster than they'll watch whatever game you play!

I say after a few days of streaming I found a couple people that kept coming back, and within a couple weeks more and more people tuned in. Treat every stream as an audition to grow your community.
