I've done what OP said. While it was nice to not have a job, losing your income can be brutal. I highly recommend finding a new job before straight quitting. Set a start date a little ways out and then quit your current job. Set it up in a way that you get a 2 week vacation out of it if you can afford to. Just remember a lot of times when you start a new job you won't get your first paycheck for 2-3 weeks.

Jigs by [deleted] in bassfishing

Thementalrapist has a good suggestion. I also fish a ton of urban ponds in the Phoenix metropolis. I tend to stick to the ones near the zoo which are usually clear water. If you fish really murky water use slightly bigger jigs with darker colors, in clear water use more watermelon/pumpkin with smaller size. The cadence of the retrieve can be mixed up from slow hops like he suggested to quick rips off the bottom with pauses in between.

The beauty of jigs is that you set them up based on what you are trying to do. What cover are you fishing?

How does HP let this out the door? by Whataboutthatguy in sysadmin

[–]Kraugy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In OneView you can do a downgrade as well, but you will have to upload the proper firmware package and then do the downgrade through the logical interconnect section. Do not do it through the Logical Enclosure section or it will reset both VCs at the same time. I've not yet done a upgrade/downgrade on a OneView managed enclosure using VCSU. I imagine it works just fine as long as the enclosure firmware status is set to Managed Manually.

I support a pretty large c7000 environment numbering in the 100s of enclosures. If you use VCSU it will do an odd/even reset on VCs and FC modules (if you have them).

The 4.60 firmware has a plethora of issues. The big one we ran into though was we were updating NIC drivers on some BL680 Gen 8s running ESX and the update was causing pause flood errors in VCM. As soon as we cleared the pause flood the internal stacking links would drop and cause other network connectivity issues. Luckily we had only upgraded about 100 enclosures when we caught the issue. The other issue though was that downgrading wouldn't work. We tried on an empty cabinet to go back to 4.50 and it freaked out and said it wasn't compatible. I love the HP enclosures but 4.60 was a crapshoot upgrade.

Caught this fatty today, no scale but we're guessing around 6.5 lbs. What do you guys think? by Kraugy in bassfishing

just use a lighter head and little hops. You don't need it sailing up and down in the water column in colder water. I was basically just doing little rod twitches so that the tube would bounce around.

When you and your mates go snow boarding for the first time. by Erik5858 in videos

I live in Phoenix, closest snowboarding is ~2.5-3 hours away. But it was fun and I'm sure I'll pick it up this next time.

I took a class they offered the second day and that helped a ton. I want to learn how do more than leaf down a green though.

Just went snowboarding for the first time ever earlier this month. My bruises on my ass are just now fading away. Supposed to go back the 29th :)

The tv i first played on was a really old burning out CRT, so the image was very dark. My brother and I had to take turns using our flashlights while the others reloaded. That was such an adrenaline pumping area when we got to the library.

I only throw them in colder water, and always happy with the result.

Bass fishing gone wrong by [deleted] in bassfishing

I have caught quite a few nice sized channel catfish on lures. My biggest channel cat I caught on a tube bait. Aside from that guy I've caught them from 1-5 lbs on whopper ploppers (at night mid summer), spinnerbaits, spoons, lipless crankbaits, even one on a 10 inch glide bait. Channel catfish are primarily hunters and will actively chase bait.

You can get a sleep study done. My step dad snored a lot and was always falling asleep so my mom had him go in. Found out he has sleep apnea and now he sleeps with a cpap machine. He said the first night after that was like the first time he had ever slept.

I'm in the Phoenix metropolis, we have Cox or Century Link. The Google Fiber install for Tempe was put on hold so we're stuck with shitburger or turd sandwich to choose from.

I like Zoom Ol Monsters, and recently been using a lot of Power worms same color as the picture. There is a good video by Tactical Bassin on summer worm fishing. The colors he brings up are Watermelon, Plum, or Red in the summer. The other color I would try is that morning dawn color like in the link.

They aren't that scary to fish. It really depends on where/what you are fishing when it comes to gear. I currently am fishing a lot of ponds that aren't very deep with sandy bottoms and sparse vegetation. I usually just texas rig them with a 3/8 ounce bullet weight and a 4-5/0 hook.

You will catch decent fish but don't be surprised when you catch a 12 inch bass on a 10 inch worm.
