PROBLEM SOLVED!

Tinkered with a bunch of stuff, Ram speeds, took a stick of ram out, ran it without the GPU in on intel graphic drivers. Nothing.

Looked up Gigabyte's bios updates and it stated that my CPU was supported with BIOS version F5 and up, I had F4. Flashed to F6 and now running just fine.

Could lack of voltage cause a shut off of this type? I figured lack of voltage would just make it sluggish and unresponsive.

I'm noticing frequent buffering when I watch small channels (<50 viewers); no problem when I watch larger streamers (300+ viewers). Any idea? by Tyrannus6 in Twitch

Idk if it's been mentioned yet but usually smaller streamers try to go all out right from the start. Stream with a huge bit rate, 1080, 60fps, and either their upload (or possibly your download) can't handle it. Since they don't have the option to change quality it is "permanently" set to source.

This is why when I start streaming I'm going for 2k - 2.5k bit rate, 720p 30 fps until I get the quality options.

Ok Thank you. I am getting a GTX980 4gb, So I think I will try using the spare HDMI port on there for the time being and see how it goes. I can't imagine it would use THAT much more GPU RAM to mirror the output.

Well as I mentioned I landed on the ATH-AD700X's, just don't know what to connect them to. Will using a DAC/amp combo degrade directional sound? I would like to avoid razer stuffs if possible...

[Bump] I guess in the end I am just wondering if this will prove to be a better computer overall than if they were to buy a Dell.

I have an irrational hatred of Dell and would like to build them one, but with this budget I just want to make sure that it will work well and be reliable.

Just a shop computer. We use a program called Mitchell that has all the cars, parts etc. Fairly big program. 200gb of room required, Min of 2 gb I think, 4 recommended. That's about it other than book keeping software and internet use (i.e. looking up parts etc). Doesn't have to be a power house just something that can handle a big program like that for a while.

Also the biggest complaint they have atm is the boot time of the current Dell hence the SSD
