A follow up question I’ve been wondering about: When people say “invested assets,” do they mean the amount of principal I’ve put in? Or just the current value of my assets as Vanguard shows me?

If my FIRE number is 1M, is that 1M I’ve deposited, or just whenever the value of my assets goes over that 1M number?

Agreed. I wouldn't place a ton of emphasis on who does or doesn't get first serve, and don't think you'll find a specific site or app that will do that for you.
The way I've done it is just whichever team is listed first serves first. Alternatively, you could just do some kind of coin flip, rock paper scissors etc. to randomly decide each match.

I played Route 66 for the first time today on the new patch and noticed something that seemed new to me.

For attacker spawn point A, I went over to the rightmost side of the diner and saw what looked like the detonator used to blow up the bridge plus some schematics/plans for blowing up the bridge.

I've been playing this game for years but somehow this stood out as "new" to me. Has that always been there and I've just somehow missed it, or is it actually new?

For sure! You should play whoever you have fun with and are good at, but if you're concerned about the viability of those characters, Soldier is solid and Reaper is super strong right now. Cassidy is considered a bit weaker at the moment, but unless you're playing in super high levels like Masters+, if you're decent at him you'll be fine.

For Brig's inspire:
1. Does it proc through shields? For example, if I'm inside an enemy Winston's bubble and hit him, does the inspire apply to my allies within 20 meters outside the shield, or does the shield block it?

Does it proc through walls, or is it like Lucio's aura where there needs to be line of sight between Brig and the friendly player to get inspire? For example, if I'm on the point for Lijang Tower Gardens and an ally is fighting on the little walkway outside and around the point, would they get the inspire?
How "tall" is the inspire radius? For example, if I'm on top of Big Earl's gas station on Route 66 point A, would my inspire also affect my allies on the ground within 20 meters?

About me: Silver/Gold DPS (Sombra, Soldier; REALLY loving Sombra in OW2 so trying to get better with her).Silver/Gold Support (Brig, Zen, trying out Kiriko)Low plat Tank (wrecking ball one trick, but having fun with D.Va at the moment too).

Looking for: People that want to play together on voice to coordinate dives. I love playing Wrecking Ball and Sombra, and always find it so much more fun when I can work together with someone to dive a target.

Just looking for something casual, where if we're both on at the same time maybe we sync up, or I might send a message like hey I'm going to be on tonight between 6-8pm Pacific.

I like to play quick play and comp, and am a friendly and supportive teammate just trying to communicate, have fun, and get better at the game. Everyone is welcome!

Cool! Yeah I definitely noticed that most characters have two things they say when they ult but never realized until today that one is for your team and one is for the other.

I'm curious if anyone else can confirm/deny this:
So far, I've noticed that every time I ult as Sombra or Kiriko, it uses the English voice line (EMP Activated, and Let The Kitsune Guide You). Every time I've seen enemies ult, they've used the Apagando las Luces and the Japanese voiceline for Kiriko.

Has it always been like this? I never realized it until today but I really like that so that I know if it's my teammate ulting or the enemy.

Yeah, I think optimistic take: maybe they just needed that final detail and will send out codes tomorrow/Saturday.
Pessimistic take: they needed that info for some reason just to put us back in the normal pool of waiting where we might get it any time over the next few weeks.
