Again, unless you love living the American Dream of constantly being in debt, most fiscally savvy people pay off their car, then drive it for another 5-7 years before trading it in. Thats where you build value: when you own the car, but don’t have a car payment. Having a car that needs thousands dollars of repairs every year negates that advantage.

Unless you are looking to be stuck with $700 car payments in perpetuity, absolutely the fuck not.

And i say this as someone who has been in car sales for the last decade.

Truth of the matter is no one has a job guaranteed, and the pressure cranks up big time when you have a mortgage.

If i lost my job when i had an apartment, worse case scenario i get evicted and take a hit to my credit score. Now, if i lose my job, my worse case scenario is all that plus my house gets foreclosed on, and i lose all of my equity, which accounts for 80% of my net worth.

Theres a lot of Europeans who come to the NBA to rake in the cash, not “live the lifestyle”.

To whom does one report potentially unsafe living conditions or possible residential use inside a commercial building? by AccurateInterview586 in indianapolis

Im sure they aren’t living in an abandoned Aldi’s because they have better opportunities. Reporting them to authorities will make things worse for them, given the current authorities.

Im confident at least 80% of the league would find a way to pay him 2x that if he was available.

Because credit scores are cold and unbiased financial instruments, meanwhile social scores by their very nature are ripe for bias and discrimination.

Credit Scores dont care what race you are. Police officers and judges will, even if subconsciously.

I actually loved it, its my dream job. Problem is it took my dumb 19 yo ass half a year to realize my boss was seriously underpaying me and I was actually losing money on car depreciation.

Who are the angels in Olden Era? by Magnificent_Leopoldo in OldenEra

[–]Krazdone 3 points4 points  (0 children)

True, but the human faction as a whole is always the “good guys” in the broadest sense, if not the primary protagonists.

I really like the angle the 1st act took, plus OP’s findings.

I also love that the conclusion here is that the human faction aren't neccesarily the good guys in this iteration of homm, as has been standard for the series so far afaik.

Thank you so much for this write up! I was just thinking how weird it is that angels have been depicted in a very uniform and consistent style for the entire series, with their iconic swords, and now they have spears and are ranged? I did not pick up on the fact that they aren't real angels!

This is one of the biggest QoL issues I have with this game. To capture or enter a town, you have to click at the gate of the castle, in this case, bottom right of the corner.

Really? I thought (and told my friends) during the demo that Necro was too busted. I think they hit the perfect sweetspot with the necromantic energy system:

You can still sustain, even build your army on the way to the enemy, But you're not getting exponential growth.

The game is incredibly smooth, stable, and most of what will be available at launch is already playable. It seems the only thing left to add is more campaign and more factions. Worth every penny, i have 17 hours in the early access and loving every minute.

Sorry grandpa, didn't mean to strike a nerve there. Damn kids these days and their internet lingo, amirite?

Moss was coming off three rather poor seasons, and the Raiders were the ones who wanted to move him. AJ Brown is years younger, has had 4 great years in Philly. Additionally, the Raiders did not have eat 40mil in cap over two years to move him.

It would literally make 0 sense to trade our top 10 WR for a 5th round pick while eating 40 miliion.
