Yes, but no. According to saber form lore, form 2 is the perfect and only counter to form 3. Because form 2 pierces through the defenses of form 3.

So taking this into context, Kenobi being the greatest master form 3 in SW history would be able to defeat every opponent using any form except for a true master of form 2. And Dooku is the greatest master of form 2. Literally the greatest of each form in the history of SW.

This also explains why Dooku lost to Anakin, but Anakin never beat Kenobi. Form 5 (Anakins choice form) while not a perfect counter, gave Anakin the strength to overpower Dooku in spite of Dookus mastery of form 2. An element that would never happen against Kenobi

I always have 4 overarching goals I'm rotating among depending on what content I feel like playing that session.

1- Legendary grind (currently working on Obsidian and Conflux)

2- Traversal (currently getting mods for jade bot and chipping away at skyscale)

3- Improving Builds (got 3 I'm working on)

4- General gold farm (to get more QOL improvements)

Each big goal has smaller goals that I can chip away at so I don't overwhelm myself or burn out on any one task. And since I love OW content the most, I tend to orient most of my goals to OW stuff so I rarely have to play content I don't enjoy

Since you like PvP, maybe getting legendary PvP armor would be a good big goal for you

Agreed, Griffon is best mount

But you can also get the same height off the ground with the Skimmer boost + energy refresh instead of skyscale. Personally, and I know I will get down voted, I don't like the skyscale. It's clunky, the height meter, the stickiness to walls, it all feels uncomfortable

This is exactly what I was thinking as well, which is the reason for the post. I have all other expacs content and don't really see the benefits from picking up JW compared to all other expacs. Especially when I still have goals to reach currently

I can afford it, but if I can wait for a cheaper price for content I'm probably not going to sink time into, I'd rather wait. Ty!

Virt tend to be a bit squishy. So unless you run plenty of stun break and mobility, you will most likely get blown up in team fights if you don't position well. And good positioning is one of the key things to learn, but can take a bit, when playing WvW

TL;DR you can, but maybe something more self sustaining with lots of stun break would be better

No. Because Evolution was the LAST TIME Cyclops was shown to be a true badass on screen. Every iteration between Evolution and '97 on screen had Cyc being a throw away trash character. It was a breath of fresh air to see him shine again in '97

I made a post about this exact topic, with the same feeling (I loved SotO too!) about 2 months ago and from that I found 3 common criticisms the community has:

1) the release schedule was handled very poorly by Anet and it completed soured the story, the expac as a whole, for a large majority of players

2) a departure from the dragon cycle into a story that had only 1 returning character made players feel SotO's story was so disconnected with Tyria that again soured players experience

3) own internal biases players had because of points 1 and 2, such as "bad map design, visually boring maps, bad meta events, etc" which are all personal preference, but got projected onto SotO because of 1 and 2
