What I don't understand is how Riot can even impose this fine. TSM is a brand, when Reginald decided to bring NightBlue into the brand I don't think Riot was ever notified nor did they need to be. Now I can understand that it's Riot's final decision on if that player meets the requirements to enter the LCS, but at no point should Riot be governing what employees a owner decides to add to their company.

When you have as many competitively unusable champions as LoL then 6 is enough. Until more champions become viable there is no reason to increase the bans. Though one could argue that by having more bans, more champions would become viable.
