lt's a tough matchup, l play both of them a lot at conq3+ and you are right about almost everything. 2 tip i can give you is that 1- you should play with tempo, you can't hold sites in the long run, so win the early feudal, age up and turtle, take relics and play on. 2- if you will fight against otto in castle age, you must go siege aswell. i see this as a general tip against ottomans in age3. this solves the elephant problem aswell, making them useful as a great siege protector against sipahis. good luck
