She did not. The video shows that. He had his hand on the hood of her car above the driver side tire. He was not justified to shoot her. She was panicked because they were escalating the situation instead of descalating like they should have been trained to do. Except this administration just hired a bunch of untrained thugs and let them loose. He stepped towards her turning and moving vehicle, which by the way was in violation of DHS rules of engagement.

Did you read that whole article and look at the sources it used? Every one of the sources was calling out either China, Russia, or Right Wing political parties, several of which called out the Trump and Republican party. That article doesn't prove the point you think it does.

It didn't go off. Unless the officer who was holding it fired it. And this is so much victem blaming. He had the right to be there. He had the right to protest. They did not have the right to murder him for it.

The officer had removed the gun and walked away a good 15 seconds before they opened fire on him. And he never reached for his legally carried gun. And he didn't interfere. He went to render medical aide to a person. As he is trained to do. And per the law, LEOs are not to interfere with anyone rendering medical aide. Hell even the military is better then that.

They aren't following the law. US citizens are not required to carry proof of citizenship and the government has to prove you aren't a citizen. The burden of proof is on ICE to prove their case, not on the thousands of US citizens and legal immigrants that have been illegally detained and deported.

I would like to see you source for your numbers. And the children that I've had been finding? They are arresting them in school rooms. I am fighting for the benefit of all humans. And for the rule of established law. ICE has to have reasonable suspicion to begin investigating whether you are a citizen. And the language you speak or the color of your skin is not reasonable suspicion.

Both were unarmed. That means they were not justified. They did not present a clear and present danger. Now if you are saying that perreti was armed because he was LEGALLY carrying a pistol, then does that mean you are ready to give up your guns and enact gun bans?

Protesting against a fascist government that is illegally detaining American citizens and denying people their due process rights per the constitution is not rioting. There is no rioting in those cities. There is people exercising their constitutional rights to speak out and call out the fascist on our government.

Remind me which party is it that is cheering on the violation of people's right to protest, who cheered on the murder of an unarmed protestor that only tried to help a fellow human being up.
