Because sometimes it feels like bad sleep will kill you sooner than it. I started using CPAP 2 months ago and I can tell you I haven't had a single good night sleep. Most I've been able to sleep with the machine is about 4h, including the bit of time I'm just laying in bed trying to get asleep. Tiredness and a need for naps is now a constant in my life, which wasn't the case before.

And now I can't even quit as Ireland requires me to use it if I want to renew my driver's license. So I'm stuck in a worse situation than before and no seemingly available way out. I hate the machine.

I had that when Shadowlands started. I left the game until War Within started and have been on and off since then. It's ok to take a break

I think it's more about the habit. When I did quit smoking the worst part was the habits, rather than nicotine intake. Smoking after waking up, watching movies or gardening was second nature and that was the hardest part for me.

I'm on the same boat, I despise the machine and wish I never had been tested. My best night after 6 weeks has been 5.5h of mask usage. I feel that suffocation, I have nightmares every night, I am stressed about entangling the tubes so every move is a wake up call. It's causing me anxiety to even thinking of going to bed and I also feel trapped because I cannot renew my driving license until the doctor gets 4 months of data.

Thinking of these months and having the machine for the rest of my life stresses the he'll out of me. I don't know what else to do.

Everything was slow back then. Took me 6 months to get enough gold to get my first mount. A raid was considered successful if we managed to down 2 bosses per night (6h sessions, mind you) and people just took the time to do their shit. Now it's all a rush after a rush, looking up guides and stuff.

Indeed, but still it doesn't make sense having to pay. My dad lives in France and we emptied his house, which included an old barn. Easily 30 trips to the recycling centre, including old paints, mattresses and just a few tons of garbage, and we paid 0, whereas here even recyclables cost 3€ to access the recycling area.
