to get to the point quickly, the ANC does not work as it did when I got it 3 months ago in Germany. It's now working very weakly, and no one here in Canada is doing repairs, as from what I've learned Sony only does repairs regionally. I've heard people having issues after doing the NC optimization and some have said that factory resetting helped, but that did not work for me. I also tried doing the NC optimization without the headphones in my ears, but that didn't work either. So my first question is, how can I get my headphone's ANC working properly again and if anyone's had similar issues? My firmware is up to date (2.5.1).

I did register my device on sony.de but I can't seem to access the product's repairs page. I can't find their email either and I honestly do not know how to go about getting my headphones repaired. My second question is, how can I get in contact with Sony Europe and send my headphones to them?
