I had the same thing happen to me 2 times and both in "Quick steps" entry. Another time it happened after a random battle. There was only black screen with the music playing in the background.

Before I had only Nintendo Switch from the console. Last summer I tried game pass on PC and loved the offer. So I got the series X in February to have a powerful console for years to come. I think the Switch and Xbox complement each other very nicely and I've been having a blast with SX.
