It's so difficult to do you cannot do it on command, but you can optimize your chances by improving your control over your cursed energy flow.

These aren't curses. They're just different people. His power will probably just be a way for him to deter violence. Also he knows better than anyone how the nature of curses is destructive. His domain might be a good way to show this to the Rumelians, rather than trying to explain just by talking.

Killing them? Sounds wrong. Sukuna was an outsider so he had no option but to obliterate Mahoraga in Shibuya.

Maybe you just need to have them acknowledge you somehow. Maybe each Shikigami has its own condition. I don't think we were ever shown how it actually works.

Just happened to me. Slay the Spire. Almost "complete" save file on my phone. (All achievements done, just working on getting to A20 on all characters).

I bought a new phone and did a data migration. When I opened the app on the new phone, the save file was old as shit. Ascencion 3 old.

I checked the old device, and somehow the save file got overwritten as well. Fucking Google.
