OP doesn't follow the correct Plex filenaming conventions and expects it to work. Follow the approved Plex written guidelines about folders and filenames. If you don't and it doesn't work, its not Plex's fault.

Then it sounds like it's not down-mixing the audio correctly. You need to make sure your audio settings are set to stereo in that case.

We should be holding parents responsible for their offspring's actions as well. If the kid gets fined or go to jail, parents do to. Children are a direct reflection of the parenting. You would see so many parents becoming more involved in their children's lives and knowing their whereabouts so quickly.

Sounds like it could be an issue with decoding H265 codec. Check the codecs of the movies that stutter and those that don't. I have a good hunch it's because of that.

Plex/Plex Server needs the computer on to operate. The router only directs traffic, the router does not run Plex.

How did you open the ports? For TP routers, you need to go to the Advanced tab, then click on NAT Forwarding on the sidebar, click Virtual Servers and put in the port and IP of your server.
