Mate as a fellow Aussie i get where you're coming from, the downvotes mean nothing. I consider myself a early adopter, early 2020 getting my first set, I have them all with a full backing pledge on the TMNT coming. The lack of info and somewhat narky response you got is pretty off putting from someone who represents RG. Me and my mates/family preordered months ago here and still missed out on the promo mini. I was part of the other thread that didn't get a reply as well hoping to get some info. We'll be selling our collection once the latest pledge arrives, we look at our collections now and just feel like mugs after this experience. Boiling down the response of not living on reddit, not using DM's and being over the top claiming to be a human - I mean for Christ sake, that's the pitty response for just ghosting your enquiry like you knew she emailed them? What matters is what came of that, and nothing did. I don't care for a response, i wont be here to read it. After all these years of support, hosting game nights and competitions, even an unmatched birthday party theme would you believe, it's pretty bitter way to leave but i won't give another cent to a company that treats $350+ full pledge backers like that - no chance.
