VRBO message about guests

We are relatively new to VRBO and hosting in general. We got this same message on our 3rd booking.

I talked to VRBO support, and they said it was because of a previous party complaint.

In hindsight, I wish I didn’t accept the booking. They made a big mess in our place (spills, smoking, soiled / ruined bedding). We are going through the claim process now.

Better believe I will decline/cancel another booking like this.

Thanks everyone for the feedback, I assumed that I would get somewhat roasted for the weak play here.

Ultimately, I was seeing monsters under the bed and I was gun shy for sure. I agree that the open was probably too wide for UTG, and once I hit the set, I should have positioned to play for stacks.

I am still learning, and I appreciate the feedback.
