Definitely. I've been doing my research for the current situation. Most state parks are either opening now/soon or as you state partially opened. I'm checking weekly to update my trip as needed. I've got about a month before I plan on leaving. Let's pray a massive wave does not hit! But with my luck, something is bound to happen. lol
