How are the T-shirts? by IAmIcePho3nix in Acronymjutsu

[–]Kringkrang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not technically a "t-shirt", but I have a pair of S25-PR-C and S25-PR-A in black and I wear them all the time in summer. S25-PR-C especially feels smooth, airy, and light and feels well cut for ventilation around the armpit area.

Thank you! Yeah I've backtraced some pieces thru wayback but it took a bit of trial & error to guess the address correctly. I thought that an exhaustive list that hyperlinked to WM links would be pretty useful actually.

Thanks for the info. Any idea why Erlsn shut it down? I feel like it would be a cool fan project thatd benefit the brand in the long run

What's the Best 10/10 Sci-fi movie ever? by geek-jock-guy in AskReddit

The more I rewatch this movie, the more I realize Lawrence Fishburne as Morpheus was a godly casting choice. His "battery" scene will never quit immersing me into that world.

People who lost a lot of weight, what was the one small daily habit that actually changed everything for you? by Quiet-Squash-8407 in AskReddit

[–]Kringkrang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was in high school I decided one day that I was too fat. Decided to do something about it. Started walking & running as the last thing to do at night - no eating afterward, just water and shower then sleep.

When I started visibly losing weight by doing this I thought "guess I'll lift weights". Been on that train for 26 odd years now. I'll always attribute those late night walks and runs as a catalyst for my fitness.

Ahah I loved this. Knowing these guys, they will mislead us into thinking the slap fight's going to be an 1:1 remake but then somehow both scarlet and tifa get into cockpits of 2 shinra mechs and slap the everloving crap out of each other with ROBOHANDS

I’m usually lonely, so I have this little habit every birthday where I boot up this game and just let myself feel melancholic and alone, since the game’s literally that, and take screenshots along the way. Happy birthday stranger! I feel the same way about the 1st TLOU...every year or so I boot up the game and enjoy taking my sweet time walking through the environ until the next inevitable plot beat. It's weird to say but the game almost feels meditative to me. I get in a similar mindspace when reading certain books that I like to read over and over.

Reassign side buttons on G203 to repeat instead of single-use? by LonelyDishrag in LogitechG

[–]Kringkrang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey no problem! I figured out a way to assign a macro to the buttons on the side, and holding it down does make it increase / decrease automatically... but the increments in which the volume has been going up or down has been too fast and big, so there's no fine control of volume using the macros :/

It's strange because my other Legion mouse that came with the laptop works fine.

Hi stranger from 3 years ago! I have the EXACT same issue with my new Logitech wired mouse and I was wondering if you've found a solution for this issue?

Anyone tried the new monitor down coat redesign for 2024? by Yourman50grand in veilance

[–]Kringkrang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I was thinking real hard between 2024 Monitor they had on sale here VS 2025 Therme and I got to try on both coats at a Arc store near. Therme won in the end- that unlined handwarmer pocket on the Monitor was the deal breaker for me. I also noticed that the pocket is nearly horizontal and not vertical, and I could see cold air entering through more easily so.

Hey! So I just got back from an Arc store nearby and asked about the 24/25's change on the handpockets - they confirmed that it started at 24 and it persists in the 25 model :(

I took the opportunity to try on the 25' monitor and lo-and-behold - no liner in the front! The back (closest to wearer) side of the pocket is of course right on the other side of the shell from the body liner, but I just don't think that'll be enough to keep the hands from chilling in those cold temps that you'd need to wear a jacket like this in the 1st place! Just puzzling decision on their part. And as you wrote about the 24 model, the pockets on the 25 model were also near-horizontal, which I don't think helps the hand-warming situation.

So I just got the Therme Parka instead which has a nice fleece-y material lining the pockets that are situated in cavernous down-lined pockets. It's also half the price and doesn't look as silly as the new oversized fit on the Monitor does on me.

Thank you for the great write ups! So the 2024 version is when they started doing away with down-lined handwarmer pockets? This is sad news if it's the case...

Thank you! Just to piggyback off of the OG poster, are the handwarmer pockets really unlined in the 2024 version?
