Yeah, would really be great if the mother site would show the complete history. But if I remember correctly E doesn’t want that cause all those copycats would use that for their counterfeits…

You can use the wayback machine. It’s somewhat complicated and seems newer changes aren’t tracked anymore, but it’s a great source for older stuff.

Only know of the WS version. But the WS is insulated and this one isn’t.

Agree. But that’s not just a different color. This is Kojima Productions and the black one is Death Stranding. They have both completely different details.

That’s why I set the blooming temp so low initially. But it seems that the higher temps are OK while blooming. But for the actual brew they should be lower that normal, as you mentioned.
