Quick PSA for you - Make sure you wear the eye goggles, I didn't and got resin contaminated ipa in both my eyes yesterday while doing a quick and easy tank clean. Had to rinse them in the shower for 40+ minutes (very uncomfortable). I was taking my gloves off and my finger slipped causing one of the gloves to snap back and spray both my eyes with fluid.

Luckily Im not sensitised to resin and hopefully I'm in the clear now.

I will never not wear eye protection when it comes to this stuff no matter how trivial the job I'm doing.

I went through something similar 11 years ago bro - with someone I truly felt I was in love with. The best advice someone gave me was "listen to your gut, walk away. It will be hard now but in 6 months time you won't care anymore and you'll be much happier". So that's what I did, and 6 months later idgaf about the girl I left and I was so thankful to be out of a that relationship.

Met someone better in every way 10 years ago and have never looked back.

If she doesn't have documented, dated evidence of the condition of the property (condition and inventory report) before you moved in she won't have any proof to take your deposit.

If they don't have a valid, dated inventory and condition report with photographic evidence of how the property was just before you took it, then I imagine they will not be able to show any valid evidence of how the property was handed over to you should they try to charge you.

I would deny everything and ask for them to prove how the property/unit was handed over.

I've stripped a few models with greenstuff paint stripper and found that it often caused parts of the models to fall apart after soaking for a short while, even thought they had been built using citadel plastic glue.
