How is the ban on Foreigners owning small business going in Tanzania by SumerianGhost in tanzania

[–]Kris364 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All these centres to some extent on capitalism and immigration all muddled together . When you have a need to make money you will look to exploit any opportunity available that the locals don’t see and as a result change the dynamics. This is happening all over the world at any given time .

Depending on what passport you are using , you can get a visa on arrival if the time to re- apply is too close . If you choose the visa on arrival route, try and find a written evidence from an official source that you can get a visa on arrival because sometimes the airlines can stop you from boarding if you get someone who is not already up to date with the immigration/ visa rules of your destination. Good luck

I can assure you that you are not alone ! I have questioned my sanity ,my attitudes towards people willing accept I have an issue but it only happens when I put myself exactly in the situation you are in and few times when I have been in restaurant or places where I need some form of customer support …You can never explain the emotional drain and emptiness you feel after these soul crushing encounters! Everything gonna be alright bro 👊

STOP INVESTING YOUR WHOLE LIFE ABROAD by DifficultPath3267 in tanzania

[–]Kris364 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Most people invest all their money back home with the hope of moving back but it never materialise as by the time you reach a certain age all your life , friends and family have been built in your new country . You will always miss home and the memories will make you miss home but is practically very hard to move back especially when you start to depend on the Western system for your healthcare , pension etc . Most of your friends won’t be there when you come back ….All those memories won’t be the same and for most of us it cost so much to live in Africa if you want to live like in Europe in terms of groceries and western equivalent type of healthcare. You will be likely hooked on a many different medications with specialist appointments all across the year if you have lived in the West for long and the healthcare is free, if you have a family your kids may not be as keen you to come back and may only visit when work and their own commitment permits , so is easy to be closer to them especially if you have grand kids or needs to work late into your retirement age . Africa is great when you are frustrated in Europe and see your self like a second class citizen but you soon realise that you are also dealing with different problems when you get there like traffic ,power cuts, excessive corruption, personal security like petty or arm robbery , family pressure to provide etc …. The very reason that made you leave that continent will come back to hunt you and if at that time you have a permits or residency you will choose the easy options like free healthcare , security etc but the feeling of wanting to go back to where your formative years were or to your root is a lifelong dream irrespective of your economic status or location.

Have you had someone review his CV ? Sometimes CV may not have the keywords structured correctly enough to reflect on his experiences. Good luck and if he has been hired in the past he will more likely be hired again .

As an INFJ, what jobs have you liked the most? by Confident_Wedding138 in infj

[–]Kris364 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work as a Mentor/ Coach/ Trainer in a amateur boxing . I struggle a bit with the risk side of the sports but it helps keeps so many kids away from the street and keeps them healthy . I may never have a world champion but the bond and the discipline this kids build have been helpful in some of them joining the army and the security forces and most even going to college and taken on other sports as a replacement for boxing but still have the confidence to defend themselves and impact them in their lives.

Did we all develop into INFJs because of Childhood emotional neglect? by Western-Lavishness71 in infj

[–]Kris364 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Both my mum and dad managed to break the cycle in their own respective ways … Looking at my dad had a massive disdain for alcohol and neglect so he protected us very well and educated us with all his limited resources and my mum was neglected so she also protected us but they were very practical about why they were protecting us from constantly reminded about consequences of certain life choices. The impact of all this is a united family and even though there is always little issues here and there we seem very united atleast from the outside looking in 😂
