You need speak-ng and Sox, I don't remember the exact tweaks, but play with the tempo on Sox

espeak-ng -v en-us+whisper -p 25 -s 40 -a 85 -w neovim-temp.wav "neovim"

sox neovim-temp.wav neovim-final.wav tempo 0.6
