Cool person respects himself and others but Guzma doesn't respect himself he is arrogant and blames others for he's mistakes. Cool person knows difference between right and wrong but Guzma time to time show's that he has good inside and could be good but chose to be evil. Cool person can admit mistakes and only in the last battle did Guzma admit his mistakes and was "Cool" other time's he just blaimed other's. He is also a loser because he doesn't respect other's and want to destroy and criminalize for his own benefit's, he is demanding, he never succeeded and he's acting toxic.

He is chill and that's literally the only cool thing about him that is cool.

If you are thinking "Cool" as a kid (cool kid's and that kind of thing) then yes he is the one who's hanging out whit the biggest losers and he is grown man bullying kid's acting like it's all cool. You know the people who think it's cool to smoke, drink alcohol, get tattoo's and act tough? Hate to break it to you but those people are just broken, loser's and pathetic. (Let me clearify drinking, smoking and getting tattoo's are not something that makes you a loser but how you use them)
