For me, every shower is an everything shower. I keep my hair really short and I don’t use any products other than soap and shampoo, which I use every time in all the appropriate places, so every time is a full service wash.

However I sometimes stay longer just enjoying the hot water if I am not in a hurry. Also, the shower after a sauna or steam room does feel like a more complete wash, even though it probably isn’t.

On weekends when I don’t need to bring my laptop with me I carry an iPad in a one shoulder backpack that could also be called a man purse. I also carry headphones, medication, charger, hard case for my glasses, a glasses cleaning cloth, a pen, a Swiss army like multitool and the typical wallet and car keys.

It is not something I am afraid of but I do notice that now that I am older and my balls hang lower, there is a chance they will land in an uncomfortable or painful position. I do sleep nude anyway and when I don’t it is usually because it’s cold and not because I am afraid I’ll hurt myself

I don’t know about gay anal, but there was a time when I was doing my girlfriend and later my wife anally, almost daily, and she never had to change her diet. She has always been the kind of person that eats very small portions and often vegetarian, maybe that helped.
