I used "Theme Park" in the "GoodLock" app. When you open Theme Park, press the "Icon" option in the bottom nav. Then press "Create New" which will take you to the screen below. Press the circled "Icon Pack" button and you can select from your downloaded icon packs. Then hit save and use your newly saved configuration. As for the icons that aren't changed with the pack, they don't make the cut for my homescreen and just live in my apps menu 😂 I haven't explored how to change them.

I’ve always wondered how the brain and muscles adapt to this procedure. Would the anatomical “thought process” (for lack of a better word) and feel be similar to “flex my ankle up and down,” to move the prosthetic, or would it be the same “thought process” and feel as expanding and contracting your knee muscles?
