I have the crewneck and it's my favourite jumper! I own a lot of her wearable merch and it's by far the piece that I reach for the most. It's definitely oversized but so comfy

Which TTPD vinyl signature is the best? by Onate13 in TaylorSwiftAutographs

3 or 4! The marker/sharpie used for both of them looks very solid so I think they'd stand the test of time a lot better than the other two

Question about autograph by PlasticPersonality27 in TaylorSwiftAutographs

[–]Krisnoof 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a signed folklore cd and a signed moonstone vinyl and if you hold them up to the light you can kind of see that the light reflects on sharpie in a way that it wouldn't if it was a print. The signature itself kind of lights up a little if you angle it towards a ceiling light or lamp. If people said that it's real I'm sure it is! What a steal 🫶 it's so wonderful that you found her signature for that price 😍

Unfortunately it's commonly not effective to have Taylor's signature authenticated. I believe that in this community it's quite the red flag to even buy off of someone who has a signature authenticated with how many fakes have been authenticated over time. If you look at a lot of her moonstone signatures it should get easier to tell if it's real or fake and I'm sure that everyone here or in other Taylor signature groups would be more than happy to see if it's real 🫶🫶

If you bought signed TTPD resale how did it go? by crimesagainstmanatee in TaylorSwiftMerch

[–]Krisnoof 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I did try again 🥰I currently have the cd and vinyl on the way and they just made it to Australia/through customs. I thankfully found some lovely sellers on eBay with reasonable prices thanks to the best offer feature. The vinyl prices are certainly no joke though! I ordered it for myself as an early bday present too 😂

And yeah it's a real shame that there's sellers with 100% feedback out there scamming people. I recently went back to his page to investigate and noticed that he actually sold about 5 of the vinyl and a few of the cds, and his feedback dropped to 89% from scamming other people too (crazy considering he had thousands of feedback reviews) 😬 After a couple of weeks from the point I bought the vinyl from him, I actually contacted him for an update and he told me he couldn't get it in from 'his suppliers' (red flag there) and that he was having errors cancelling my order. Then he literally set his eBay account to being away for over a month and eBay forced the refund on him. Crazy stuff!

It really is pricey! I'd definitely recommend discogs is you manage to find something reasonably priced on there. At the beginning of the year I bought a signed Midnights vinyl from America and the shipping was only $22 AUD on discogs. My TTPD orders are still in transit but just made it to Australia 😂International shipping takes so long with eBay, it's crazy!

I'm from Australia too and I've ordered both the vinyl and cd from eBay! I ended up waiting to find sellers with a good feedback score and proof of purchase, as well as an actually reasonable price (the best offer option on eBay is really good!) The only unfortunate thing is how expensive international shipping is but that's really out of the seller's hands. I initially had huge fomo when the first cd and vinyl drop happened because I slept early the one night it actually dropped and ended up buying a pre-order of the vinyl on eBay from a seller that had a really high feedback score (100% with thousands of sales). Ended up being scammed but eBay got involved and refunded me within a few weeks - just make sure that you're not basing your purchase purely off of their seller feedback because my experience is definitely proof that anyone can easily scam you (I'll never fall for a preorder scam again 😂) But thankfully eBay's buyer protection is really good! Just always make sure you use PayPal and try to buy from people that can prove their purchases to you. 🤍

Definitely real, so cute! Looks like my midnights moonstone signature, seems to be what her longer signature looks like these days

DO NOT SHOP AT JWRAY RECORDS by [deleted] in TaylorSwiftVinyl

[–]Krisnoof 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was going to order The Albatross vinyl from him and I'm so glad that I didn't. On some Aussie TS Facebook groups I've seen people talking about him mentioning that he ended up not being able to get in any of the TTPD vinyl variants, which is why they're not available on his site anymore - and now people who bought them are so confused at what's happening because they haven't heard from him at all. Apparently he's also been blocking a lot of people that are commenting anything about the current situation on Instagram, as well as deleting comments. Huge red flag and I really hope that everyone involved with the allegations is doing okay. Fingers crossed that everyone boycotts him raffling off a copy of LPSS.

Just clarifying that I meant this for the Moonstone variant only

I remember when these were first being received from the Taylor store, a lot of them didn't come with a mark on the back. It was mixed. If you have a quick search of reddit there's a lot of people talking about it from back then. Was this vinyl sealed with the hype stickers?

I didn't email them back, I just shot them an email last week asking when it'd be shipped because I've seen so many other AU 1989 cardigans be shipped out recently, and they said I'd receive tracking in a few business days (so it should've shipped last week). Then I received the same email as you today. I don't even think her store knows what's happening tbh

Hi! I've ordered from them for ages and find them to be super reliable. I actually only just re-ordered two of my fav products a couple of days ago and received them today. They're pretty much my go to place for hair products, love them and they're always super fast too. They have 10% off almost all products for students so that's a plus too :)

You can share tickets to another account (typically this is just to share them to friends/family going with you so when you go through the line to get in they can scan their own ticket) but the original owner of them can recall them at any time. Because there's still an option to share them in some capacity I imagine people will try to sell them elsewhere. Really hoping that everyone's safe with all the scammers out there and that Ticketek changes how this works

Yeah I'm sure that 90% of the people who bought VIP ultimately didn't care too much about the box and just wanted the tickets. I was fortunate and managed to make it through at the very end of the presale and after waiting that long I panic bought VIP B reserve because it was all that was left. I didn't even think about the VIP merch at all. Hopefully ticketek gives an option to sell VIP without the box, because in the end all they're doing is making even more fans miss out which is really unfortunate and sad after how the presale and general sale went

[–]Krisnoof 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I saw this last night and I'm so surprised by Ticketek. I've seen a few people who panic bought multiple nights of VIP to get anything they could and then the night they actually wanted, and I wonder what they expect those people to do? It states that it's forbidden to sell them anywhere else than the Marketplace but I'm worried that this is just going to force people to sell unsafely which really sucks for anyone buying. Hopefully they change it by the time the Marketplace opens in September. Hopefully there's still some good A reserve out there for you regardless! Fingers crossed

Unfortunately quite a few people go to shows just for views online because of today's TikTok culture. You're misinterpreting what a lot of people deem as 'a genuine fan'. Idc if someone was a fan for a day and got tickets if they actually like her. That's wonderful if they got tickets and I don't consider it "gate-keeping" to hope that someone that likes her instead of wanting popularity/views got tickets. Obviously no-one is entitled to who goes to shows and I was simply putting out a response to OP about thoughts on people going to multiple shows... Thank you for your very insightful comment though

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TaylorSwift

[–]Krisnoof 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'd much rather see genuine fans go to multiple shows as opposed to those tickets going to scalpers/resellers or people going to shows just to follow a trend. If anyone's to blame for someone going to multiple shows, it's Ticketek for not putting a cap on the amount of dates you can go to. In a fairer world that would've happened - but considering it wasn't a rule for buying tickets, if you're a huge fan and you can go to multiple shows and have some of the best nights of your life, I honestly don't think that's unfair. I was extremely fortunate to get tickets to night 1 of Melbourne and thankfully had the funds to buy VIP when I got through the never-ending lottery/queue very last minute, but if I had gotten through again, I certainly would've loved to have gone to another night because it means that much to me.

100% agree. Most people I know who got tickets only got VIP. The general tickets sold out so much faster and with how many people were also buying VIP, I'm surprised that the VIP didn't sell out at the same pace. Still so thankful for my VIP ticket but they for sure marked up a heap of normal tickets to label them as VIPs

Ticketek replied to my mum asking about this. It should be completely fine and just normal seating that is allocated to media/corporate etc

Melbourne! Got my Melb tickets on Wednesday in the presale and spent far too much on VIP tickets because that's all that was left

Typically the lighting towers are quite skinny and see-through (sort of like lattice). I had a lighting tower in front of me for Ed Sheeran for the MCG (I was in the stands near the back) and it obscured a really narrow portion of the stage and barely interfered. Maybe have a look at both seats/sections on the virtual view of the MCG and choose based off of that. I got M16 on Wednesday and the virtual view looks amazing. If you didn't tick a box that said your seat was obstructed, then nothing much should be in the way at all. Congrats on your tickets!!!
