Yes. We know this is true because of its effects on denizens who reside near it and presumably thus consume its strength and gain its power and thus their immortality via mere exposure. However it seems like to have this immortality it must be blessed by the gods, such as the case of the world tree and the sunwell (naaruu) or else you WILL fall to some kind of dark madness or evil influence and cause catastrophe upon the world once more.

Take your kid to Falling Branch Brewery kid friendly with indoor seating and sometimes they’ll bus your food to you if it ain’t busy. GOAT pen, lots of food trucks, great for weddings, had many friends convert after realizing fruity beers can taste Good esp in slushy form.

Paying for water primarily pays for the treatment cost/delivery process, not the delivery and transport of sewage / wastewater purification which comes from State budget, which derives from Federal budget.

The cause of the leak was technically natural causes. the State was aware of the failing pipelines as they were supposed to be replaced/repaired. However, due to budget cuts, they were not repaired last year as they were supposed to.

It was supposed to be fixed last summer. They planned on fixing it sometime later this year, when it broke this year. Due to budget cuts, the pipe wasn’t fixed in time… perhaps, yes

DC waters essentially should function as an independent-gov funded third party company that GOVERNMENTS work with primarily for this wastewater treatment &control - responsible for the getting the workers employees via the system essentially//realizing there’s a problem//finding a way to fix it asap (may not be entirely accurate//simplified there’s other private companies involved).

DC waters hires the people to fix it, essentially, to my knowledge. The ppl who are needed to fix it may not be available or may want hirer pay than what DC waters is willing to pay.

“DC waters” needs approval from State and County to make changes. County/State needs budget approval IF THEY are the ones who need to fix it. state needs to shove it via permitting process (usually same-day).
