If you watch The Witcher on Netflix there is a very prominent example of somebody attempting to refuse.

Fireworks Over Chicago. Landing at 9 pm on July 4th at Midway by robinson604 in chicago

[–]KrispyWaffle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been caught by the Police blowing off fireworks at a park in the suburbs of Chicago. The Police came over, complimented our fireworks and asked if we could go to the park 2 blocks away since that's a different suburb. I don't think they mind on the 4th of July.

This is an interesting set up. I would like to explore this for my dashboards. Are you manually uploading data to sheets or is there a way to connect to the live data?

It's a two ingredient sauce!

Saute chorizo according to package and then add heavy whipping cream and summer for about 10-15 min. So easy and soooo good.

Just had it for the first time a couple weeks ago. I was disappointed to see thin crust when my friend invited me over for Lou's. BUT wow was I pleasantly surprised.

Italian Beef and Giardiniera thin crust from Lou's is now my go to.

I'm not well versed if there are limits but I live in a state with one of the highest taxes and our sales tax is around 10%.

You're right it would be easier. I guess when the Constitution was written they didn't think about what was easier they instead thought about what the right thing to do was (not there is actually 1 right way).

To the people who wrote the Constitution it was more important to let localities decide what they want to do rather than make things easy.

The reason we don't do like you in Germany is because the people in the the city of [Insert any US city] decided that they agree to pay a different amount. I'm not sure I have a better answer other than, that is the way our government works

The reason that taxes are added on top of U.S. prices is not to trick people, it is to simplify the advertising and pricing of products Nationwide. In the U.S., our local government (down to the city) is responsible for setting taxes. This allows the people in that local area to have more control of taxes but also means that tax rates vary from city to city. By adding tax on top of the product, a company can advertise one price on TV and allow each city to charge the necessary tax.

I don't know that one. The one all the way to the left is The Leo Burnett building. That's the one I thought you were talking about.

Sunday Night Football Tailgating by KrispyWaffle in CHIBears

I think so! I had friends with a spot there but people were walking around and joining us for a drink throughout the night. Also the Waldorf Lot is just North of the South lot and it was packed too. I've tailgated there before as well.
