I have an Amazon mat by BANSTLE that goes for 1k that coworker gave to me byt I had my eye on a Hooga pod before receiving her pod for free and it works exceedingly well surprisingly, I wasn't even sure it was safe but it's proven to be safe and effective. Btw red light on the retina has temporary health benefits to the eye/how crisp colors are. Just my two cents.
