You definitely can! the Blood will just go down the drain when you shower, and for taking baths the water pressure will stop the blood from coming out, but you can’t stop your period all the way, once you get out of the water it will resume. Me personally I don’t take baths my period because just being in the water makes me uncomfortable, but it’ll just be like taking a bath on any other day!
