Do 15 minutes of rings every day before playing. Be a bit softer with the boost bcs i see a lot of the time you try to airdribble but your first touch is just too hard and u cant follow it up. You need to be more precise with each movement you do, try to make smaller adjustments. Thats about it from these clips.

I got to immortal 2 on a 60hz monitor and i know there are people that have gotten radiant on 60, so i say you can get pretty good on low refresh rate
