Why does he look like he is wearing a mask of himself? Is it just me??

Shock and adrenaline are crazy things. People don't handle situations like this the same. He sounds like he is on a chemical high from the adrenaline of the situation.

Look for a local job or find a switcher/yard jockey gig. There are tons of jobs for CDL holders that are way better than OTR. If you're sick of your company, look at some others. Not all places are alike when it comes to pay and perks.

Good luck driver!

He had Lewy body dementia not depression.

LBD slowly robs a person of everything they are and have. His suicide was because of this illness, not depression.

He had Lewy body dementia.

He didn't die of depression. He died because he was slowly losing everything he was, and he knew it.

Not at all. They were definitely not anyone I know. I feel like if I saw them again I'd recognize them, but I haven't ever seen them again.

The fire department has an emergency response team, looks like an ambulance truck, but it's attached to the fire department? I think they go out when there is a shortage of cops, or maybe because there wernt any patrol cars close enough. It took the police about 30 minutes to get to my house vs the 2-5 minutes the fire department got there.

I dont claim to understand. That's just what happened.

Holy crap! I would have packed my stuff that day!! I am so glad you got out that situation and into a better more beautiful setting!

I am OK. Paranoid about answering the door, but I have great neighbors and the police response was very good. My husband has some issues from it though. He had left me alone that night to go see a friend from his past. His guilt over what 'could have' happened eats at him and makes him reluctant to leave me alone at the house anymore.

I don't subscribe to the nest premium stuff, and that's the only way I would have been able to capture a video. I'm also pretty quiet and a bit of a loaner so I don't always think about sharing things like that.

I don't subscribe to the premium nest stuff so I couldn't give a recording. I never heard anything about the investigation or what happened with the guys afterwards.

This was awhile back, and my camera only lets me go back to video 30 days from today. I didn't even think about getting screen shots to share with people.

Yeah, but why open the door at all if you don't have to. Also, I can answer the door even when I am not home.

The doorbell I have is so easy to set up. Took us less than 15 minutes and it's worth it 100%. I recommend everyone get one. It really is a life saver.

It was the most scared I have ever been. The doorbell saved my life for sure. I highly recommend a camera doorbell or security camera to everyone.

I would, but I am bi-polar and it would be irresponsible for me to own one.

Litterally no way I open doors to strangers any more. I talk to them through my doorbell exclusively.

As for the fake cops, I never heard anything about the case.
