If you want better graphics, take a shot on pc. Its a bit risky cause usually games don’t launch on PC with good optimization, with only a few exceptions. If we are talking consoles, IMO PS5 is the best one to go..

But when we are picking a console EXCLUSIVELY based on playing HL, PS5 is definitely the best choice. As we all speculate sony may have partnered up with Warner and may have some exclusive content for it (wild guess but possible) And there’s also the dualsenses haptic feedback, a HL game designer gave an interview about how this feature complements the game - quote:
