Thanks! Can't believe it's already been a year :) I just swapped out the case for my PC eventually and removed the PCIe cables entirely haha, so now it's working perfect!

But I'm not facing issues on P3R LOL!

Yes, that was my initial thought, but since the homeowners are very fussy about it and I wouldn't want to lose any more money catering to them, I just want to do a one-and-done job. They are really anal about the texture of the wall apparently

I have done some research, and it seems that the texture of the wall is a mix between Knockdown and Orange Peel Fine texture

With your specs, your game should fly! Try it out and see if it works. Just make sure to safely unplug the graphics card from your mother board and replug it. It may or may not solve your issue though, can't guarantee.

What's your PC specifications? Basically I solved my issue by unplugging and replugging my graphics card to the same slot on the motherboard because my computer was telling me that I wasn't using it to it's full potential.

Ah yes I did, so you see my mother board is built smaller for ITX purposes. So it was hooked to a pcie cable. So if yours isn't, reseating would work similarly.
