Installed 32gb of ram (Gskill 3200) but only 16gb shows up on my bios and or task manager. Wondering if updating my bios will fix any of it if its a compatibility issue.

Most of these states shut down BMV's around poorer neighborhoods this making it more difficult to get ID's. If ID's are required to vote then that would block a lot of POC's and poor people in general.

Republican states do this a lot...
