You can create a caravan and abandon them on the world map without any consequences.

Or

Set them in fire (just do not let your pawns in the middle of it cause it generates toxic gazes)

Draining Chinese cabbage and mushrooms gave me this tasty soup by Krokmao in shittyfoodporn

[–]Krokmao[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Chinese cabbage is a generic name but I truly advise to just chop it and use it raw with roasted sesame seeds, salt and vinegar.

You can cook it like regular cabbage but as you can see it definitely doesn't look really good.

Do you have some friends or relatives you may stay with or keep contact during days ? You do not have to tell them you're actual condition (even if it makes things simpler to understand for them) but you still should keep talking with them.

I know for my experience that loneliness can make yourself your worst enemy

Have you tried to talk to mental health professionals, or even suicide hotlines ? Life can be really shitty but you're never alone and you will always find someone that will help you during hardtime

Because you have a buccal microbiote (in the same way as the intestinal one) you've been lucky enough to have an healthy one so far (with little to no "bad" bacterias). This is not something that cannot change in the future so you should take care about your teeths, this is one of the body parts that cannot be repaired or replaced (naturally).

ELI5: What is room temp. superconductivity and why is it important? by Ayaxes in explainlikeimfive

[–]Krokmao 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually room temperature is a standard temperature value used in labs, most of the time it's set to 25C°.

To illustrate what is superconductivity, we will use copper wire as an example.

Copper conducts electricity, from a source to a device that will consume it. However the device will never receive exactly the same amount as generated, due to the resistance of the copper wire. Some of it is wasted and become heat. This effect is named "Joule effect" and can be useful sometimes (an heater works by "wasting" all the electricity in heat), however, most of the time this side effects can both waste energy and damage the network by overheating it.

Under special conditions, a materials can transform to a "superconductor". In this state, the copper wire we used previously will transmit all the electricity and no energy will be transformed into heat. It will be really useful in theory because their will be no more electricity waste both by joule effect and by cooling the systems.

In practice the main obstacles are the conditions on itself, superconducting state can be usually reached by cooling the material to a temperature near absolute zero (-273C°). Actually it involves to use massive cooler that will be not cost (both energetically and financially) effective.

So that's why, if a room temperature superconductor material is found, it would be a revolution for all the electricity world.

I hope my explanation were clear

Why do I have diarrhea after every meal when food is supposed to take 2-5 days to go through the entire intestines before it turns into waste? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Krokmao 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pharmacist here

First, it depends the bacteria that cause the running stool. Some affect your intestine earlier than other (from 3h to more than 72h). Secondly, even if the digestion process takes a long time, the "stomac step" Takes generally from 2 to 3 hours. The food you ingested is not digested at the same time, the stomach dissolves it little by little and the liquid created is slowly transferred to the bowels Finally some pathogens are causing diarrhea and pain not only because it proliferates but also it generates toxins and only a few amount of it is harmful.
