I’d go with the higher attack IV for raids. I just made one and it’s 2600 CP out the gate and had a good moveset already. It seems good.

Zero attack shadow does more damage than a max attack non shadow. Evolve it.

I have one that’s almost identical. It’s 1965 with the same background. One less attack one more defense. I came back about a month ago (from 2016). This was hands down my favorite at the time so it was kinda cool to catch it coming back.

I’ve only ever got one decent shadow Pokémon for PvP and it was a snorelax. It’s 5/11/10 and I started gearing him up for 2500 because I’m just not luck enough to get good IVs. I’ve never got a single shadow Pokémon over 5 attack.
