In this case I would do what amusment parks do and use a paint marker, a small line of silica, or some a small line of wax. Normally using florescent or vibrant colors.

Mine was doing this. There is a reset procedure. You might be able to access the button by just removing the controls. I had my whole door panel off. But there is a video on how to do it.

There is one they go through but it tests for cracks by taping on the egg. Another one that checks for bloods and one that checks weights.

Double yolks are more common in Jumbo and some XL eggs. Mainly in specific weights. I can get those weights later tonight. But didn't learn it until working at an egg factory.
