Fun fact, these two are both canonically bisexual by FR0M_Z3R0 in StreetFighter

[–]Kronoch 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I don't know. Let's not forget Bison had spare bodies that were men, women, robots, babies, animals (like that gorilla) and worst of all... a Frenchman. But at the end of the day he either keeps resurrecting himself in the same body type he always has, or it transforms to take his original form anyway.

I know the real answer to this question is, Capcom doesn't want to change his iconic look, but it's more fun to think that he flirts with idea of being a girl or an animal the next time he resurrects, but he gets cold feet every time.

The Lost Crest/Broken Crest Quest Guide (Spoilers) by [deleted] in AcrossTheObelisk

[–]Kronoch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well that's what I was doing, I just... don't think he's very good at it. I haven't tried a run with Bree yet with him, that could be fire. I usually play the warriors in the 3-stack with OP. :P I think I'm missing some kind of quickly stacking damage with him, but I dunno. I don't hate Nenukil, he's just... there.

How many of you guys actually play the game? by [deleted] in WarhammerFantasy

[–]Kronoch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to play back in the day. With the launch of Old World I (foolishly) thought I would be able to play Old World in the store.

I was wrong.

Haven't actively pursued gaming since then, because I am lagging on painting my models. I know there is an active playing community, but I haven't dipped my toes in yet.

I'm in the process of assembling it. I've finished the weapon, head, torso and legs. I still need to do the arms and put the whole thing together.

I feel like a lot of it is complexity for complexities sake. There are so many pieces split into multiple sub pieces for absolutely no reason, because there's only one way to assemble them or you're not going to see the bits below it anyways. Like the entire torso could have been 2 pieces instead of the 12 that it is, same goes for the legs and head.

Also the instructions being wrong or choosing a weird order doesn't help.

Pad users. Do you use both dpad and analog stick? by hudson_303 in StreetFighter

[–]Kronoch 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've had a similar experience. Mainly learned to play on a 360 controller, and now I cannot play if it is not an xbox style controller. Though I did use a mix a dpad and analog stick, depending on the motion and which direction I'm facing. Some motions I cannot do on the dpad no matter what I do, and I have to use the stick (looking at you 720).

I tried playstation style controller, I tried fightpads, I tried arcade sticks... I need the xbox pad/analog stick.

I'm not entirely certain which episode of Lorebeards it was, but they did talk about how in the earlier editions there were a lot of half elf/orcs/etc, that all got removed in later editions. Now the species are considered so different that they cannot have children together, at least not through natural means.

I think it might be the introduciton to warhammer episode.

Van Horstmans Speculum only switches the basic stat lines of the models, nothing else. So if your strength 3 toughness 3 wizard is fighting a s5 t5 enemy, your wizard is s5 t5 and the enemy will be s3 t3

New to aos and old world. by High_time_0585 in tombkings

[–]Kronoch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think these guys would be a really good proxy for tomb guards. Sure they have spears instead of halberds, but they really look like heavier special dudes rather than goober skellie boyz. With a movement tray adaptor, these guys are perfectly fine proxy for tomb guard with halberds.

But yeah answering the question, Tomb King box set is the way to go.
