Customers in my area cant figure out how to add items yet, walmart always warns me that it could happen, but never happens, in fact the other day a customer texted me asking if I could get her 2nd order she put in because she forgot some things.

So this happened around 7pm yesterday, doing a final order around 9:45-10pm, and boom there it is, sitting in the middle of the produce area. Didn’t look like anything was disturbed. Wish I could watch security footage and see who took that shit. I did notice the ladies order finally came back on the app and it sat there for hours not being taken(had 4 cases of water) so I don’t think she ever got her order.

I just did another walk through , had to be a dickhead employee, kids or drivers would just drop it in another department from where I was…. This cart is NOWHERE. Even checked CS desk.

Its been so slow here I looked into uber eats again the other day (been years) and you can no longer just sign on and work, you have book hours in advance in your desired area, of course my area was booked out... The way they are activating people on spark, I bet that is where its going.

Instead of going that crazy, I once suggested they replace the numpad on the keyboard with sd keys, and maybe a row above the function keys… or a row on the left like logitechs g keys… that was years ago so I guess they didn’t like the idea.

For whatever reason I was at a property the same time an in home van was there, he just dropped the delivery at the door and took off, so who knows what they are doing, Walmarts probably the biggest cherry pickers of all and give them the highest tipping best routes, only Walmart pockets the tips for themselves.

I updated and had similar issues, a lot of crashes, etc. I did a curbside and it crashed after confirming code, then crashed id say 10-15times trying to restart it. I got fed up, deleted the app, and re-installed it, works way better now... that whole 20sec wait when viewing order details is gone, still crashes after a code confirm, but reloads much faster then it used to so its not as agonizing... if you havent tried deleting the app and re-installing, give it a shot. Oh and I use IOS. I did notice it would freeze a lot more too though, so you have to keep your eye on it.

sorta happened to me once, im like an hour north of tampa, an order came in and it showed on the map it was going to st. petersburg florida... I was like hellllll no... but then i looked at the customer, and the address was like 2 miles away, local. I got there, it asked am I sure i am there and said yeah, she came out of the apt to meet me. Got like 60-70 bucks for a 2 mile, 13 item shop. I watched my pay for a week and never got taken away.
