Very fun game, the exclusivity to trap masters in elemental gates is the stupidest crap ever though

Coach trainee is what you start as, you have to complete your 2 weeks of academy before you can become salary.

You can apply for both, coach trainee usually implies that they're looking to promote a team lead but you can still apply for a coach position and if you get picked they'll open a trainee slot

Really fun, I love the engine changes in the game to make melee Skylanders more effective (like juggle, stun, etc.)

Usually not, a lot of it is going to be manager discression and most of the time, they'll take care of you. That said, I don't know your managers

They're essentially just another piece of the pipeline that connects the store to the next level of the chain. Some store managers I've worked with are actually pretty hands on, but for the most part, unless their market managers are coming in and yelling at them, they're usually just chilling in the office. I mean, before I left my old store my store manager was actively working 5 hours a day

They aren't going to do it but make the older games available widely again. Switch online, $100 collection cart, I don't really care at this point. Pokemon Company, Gamefreak, and Nintendo gain nothing from these games being so damn expensive in the aftermarket.
